What is Meta Business Suite?
Meta Business Suite is Facebook’s free tool for managing your business Page, messages, and ads. You can use it to:
- Give us manual access to your Page and Ad Account (if you prefer that route)
- View your ad performance if you ever want to
- Run your own ads in future
But here’s the good news: you don’t need it to work with us.
We’ll send you a simple link that lets you give us access without any setup.
When (and why) you might want to use it:
- You’d rather not use our DigitalSero onboarding link
- You want to keep full control and manually approve access
- You plan to run your own ads at some point in the future
- You’re already familiar with Meta tools and want more visibility
How to Set It Up (Optional)
If you’d like to set up Meta Business Suite, here’s how:
- Go to business.facebook.com
- Log in with your personal Facebook account (your profile stays private)
- Click “Create Account”
- Enter your business name and email address
- Choose your existing Facebook Page
- Click Done
You’ll now see your business dashboard. That means it’s working.
What Happens Next
Once your Business Suite is active:
- We can send you a manual access request (instead of using the easy onboarding link)
- You can approve access from your own dashboard
- And you’ll be able to view or manage ad activity anytime you like
⚠️ Please note:
If you choose to go this route, Facebook will ask you to:
- Add us as a partner by typing in our Business ID
- Manually assign the correct Page permissions
- (Sometimes) assign Ad Account permissions separately
- Approve multiple pop-ups and checkboxes along the way
It’s doable — but definitely not fun.
That’s why most clients just use our link, and let us handle it all.
