Welcome to BitDifferent. We’re a small, independent service providing Facebook ad campaigns for local businesses.
Please read these terms carefully before working with us.
1. What We Do
We help you set up and manage local Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns. This includes:
- Setting up or optimising your Facebook Page (if needed)
- Creating your ad campaign(s) and setting daily budgets
- Managing, monitoring, and adjusting ads for performance
- Providing you with a short report at the end of each campaign
We work based on the plan you choose — either a one-time campaign or ongoing monthly management.
Please note that while we aim to run well-targeted, professional ad campaigns, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as clicks, leads, or sales. Campaign performance depends on a variety of factors including location, timing, audience behaviour, and your own landing page or offer.
2. What You Provide
To run ads on your behalf, we may need:
- Access to your Facebook Page and Business Manager (we’ll guide you through this)
- Basic info about your business, photos, and any logos you’d like to use
- An agreed budget — which includes both your ad spend and our fee
We are responsible for paying the ad budget to Meta on your behalf. You simply pay us the total amount in one invoice — no separate payments or complicated admin.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All services must be paid in advance via Stripe.
- You will always know exactly what you’re paying before any campaign begins.
- Our pricing includes both your advertising budget and our management fee.
- If a campaign is cancelled before we’ve started, we’ll issue a full refund.
- If work has already started, refunds will be partial (or unavailable, depending on the stage).
4. Scam & Phishing Emails
After starting ads, you may receive scam emails pretending to be from Meta. These often claim your account has been disabled, violated copyright rules, or needs urgent action.
While we take every step to warn and protect our clients from scams, we cannot be held responsible for external phishing attacks, fake emails, or losses caused by third-party fraud. If in doubt, always contact us directly before clicking anything suspicious.
We’ll never ask for your passwords or login details.
5. Account Ownership & Responsibility
You remain the full owner of your Facebook Page, Business Manager, and ad account. We act as a third-party ad manager — we do not take control of your account or billing settings.
You are responsible for any changes you make to your Page, Business Manager, or Meta account during or after our work.
6. Cancelling or Ending a Service
You can stop working with us at any time. If you are on a monthly plan, please give us at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. We may also end our agreement if we feel a client is acting in bad faith or violating Meta’s terms.
7. Availability & Communication
You can always reach us via email or contact form, and we aim to reply within 24–48 hours.
8. Questions or Concerns
If you’re ever unsure about anything, just ask. We are always happy to clarify or explain things. This business is built on honesty, transparency, and simple help — and that includes these terms.
